Subject: Questions from confused whanau?

Hi,

Talk about confused; people who weren't even at Taemaro Bay saying that there was jostling, violence and spitting; none of which happened; and poor old Mr Cullen being driven out of the bay because two hapu are fighting; what's the true story; because from where I stand both sides are telling big porkys.

To help me figure out what's going on can you please answer a few questions for me?

1) I appreciate that Pita Pangari (Peter Pangari) has done a hugh amount of work toward the settlement process; but who is he? who is he descended from?

2) Who is William Cash and how did he become a trustee?

3) Why can't I find the Ngati Kahu ki Whangaroa Trust Broad registered anywhere? How is it audited and held accountable to the trust members?

4) How are the trust members vetted?

Regards, Paeara Family
