I am sending this email in response to the Official Information request you sent to the Office of Treaty Settlements on 6 September 2009. In your email you requested:

"all records/details associated with funding provided by OTS to the Ngati Kahu ki Whangaroa Trust Board (Kahukuraariki Trust Board) from June 2009 up until the present."

From June 2009 up until the present no funding has been provided to the Ngati kahu ki Whangaroa Trust Board.

The Office of Treaty Settlements is therefore refusing this request, under section 18(e) of the Official Information Act, on the grounds that the documents alleged to contain the information requested do not exist.
