I’d like a copy of the Draft PSGE Constitution before the hui on the 16th May, if anyone can get one off the NKKWTB.
From a brief read of Richard Hawk’s letter above there are a number of concerns:
– PSGE can mortgage up to 50% of our lands with only 75% of the votes of the attendees at a general meeting
– It’s assumed that the current NKKWTB trustees will be the PSGE trustees
– Only 1 trustee per Marae
